Businesses the house approves buy wholesale at retail less 40% (or a price the house sets), in an order of their own of at least $1,500 of products, measured on what the business pays.

The business’s wholesale referrer earns 10% of what the business pays for products (tax and shipping excluded). The referrer is the person the house names for that business, or else the member who enrolled it, and must be approved by the house to refer wholesale businesses and be qualified that week. A wholesale order earns no Customer Referral and no Binary Team Pay, and counts toward group volume for rank only.

Pay is worked out on commissionable volume (CV): 1 CV for each $1 of product. Tax and shipping never count. Your personal volume (PV) is the CV of your own orders. Every order counts when it is processed — a pre-order too, without waiting for it to ship.

Commission weeks run Saturday 12:00 AM to Friday 11:59:59 PM, Mountain Time. To be paid for a week, your own orders over that week and the previous three must reach 100 PV by Friday’s close. It is the same at every rank. Higher ranks need more PV over the same four weeks for the rank itself.

You earn 25% of the CV of every order placed by someone you personally referred, including their repeat orders. It is not paid on your own orders, and it does not pass up to the person who referred you.

Referral pay is pending qualification through Friday. Reach 100 PV by Friday’s close and all of that week’s referral pay becomes payable, including what came in before your qualifying order. If you don’t, that week’s referral pay is forfeited.

Your team is arranged in two legs, left and right. Each week the two legs are compared — the volume carried in plus the week’s new volume — and you earn 10% of the lower one. That amount is taken off both legs; the rest carries forward, with no cap.

The reset. If you are below 100 PV at a Friday close, both legs — including that week’s new volume — go to zero, and your rank volume and that month’s Owners Pool volume start again. Money already earned and your highest rank are kept.

Overflow. When your own order takes you past the PV your highest rank needs (100, 250 or 400 PV over the four weeks), the part beyond it goes to your lower leg — split evenly if the legs are equal. It is counted once, when the order is paid.

Rank is set at every Friday close from the last four weeks: your weaker leg’s new volume, your PV, and how many people you personally enrolled are at 100 PV right now. Your paid-as rank can rise or fall each week; the highest rank you ever reach is kept as your recognition rank.

Sponsor Generation Match. Each week you earn 10% of the Team Pay of the leaders in your sponsor line, down as many generations as your paid-as rank unlocks. A leader is someone at Builder or above who is qualified that week; anyone else is skipped over, so the next leader down counts as that generation.

Each calendar month, 10% of product sales, retail and wholesale (tax and shipping excluded, less refunds), is shared among qualified shares. One share is worth the pool divided by all qualified shares, so its value changes month to month and is never fixed. If no one holds a qualified share, that month’s amount stays with the company.

Production Shares. One share for every whole 5,000 CV of the month’s weaker-leg volume. Remainders don’t carry to the next month.

Founder Share — Get 4 in 30. One share, earned within 30 days of joining when all of these are true: your first order was 400 CV or more; 4 people you personally enrolled are each at 100 PV; and the people you referred have ordered 1,600 CV between them (your own orders and their teams don’t count). It joins the pool from the month you complete it.

To keep it, at every Friday close over the last four weeks you need your own 100 PV, 4 personal enrollees at 100 PV, and 1,600 CV from your referrals’ orders. Missing any of these ends the Founder Share for good. A refunded order still counts for these tests until it would have left the four weeks anyway.

To share in a month, you need 100 PV over the four weeks at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time on the month’s last day. The pool is paid after the month is audited and approved, usually in the second month after.

You take your place in the two legs when you join — once your email is confirmed, and before you have bought anything. You go under the person who referred you, on their leg with less lifetime volume; if both legs have the same volume, the leg with fewer people, then the left. They can move you to their other leg for a short window — 72 hours at most. Your place earns nothing by itself: pay still depends on your orders and reaching 100 PV.

If you join without a referral link, name who introduced you when you create your account (or at checkout, if you buy as a guest). If no one did, the house assigns you an ambassador from a list it sets. That ambassador must be at 100 PV.

Everything earned in a week is calculated at Friday’s close, approved, and paid on the Friday after that week closes, by PayPal or Venmo — there is no separate waiting period on commissions. Payments under $25 roll into a later week. A refund or chargeback reverses the pay it earned; if you were already paid, it comes off a later payment. Money earned in a qualified week stays yours even if you later fall below 100 PV.
