- Payment processor
- Cards are processed by Merchantic. Your card details are entered in a secure frame hosted by the processor; AMATI does not receive or store your card number and is told only whether the charge succeeded. PayPal remains available, and completes on PayPal’s own checkout in the same way.
- Currency
- All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Any conversion is applied by your own bank or card issuer, not by AMATI.
- What you are charged
- The amount is recalculated on the AMATI server from the catalogue at the moment you pay — the browser never sets the total. It is the product subtotal, plus the delivery method you choose, plus estimated tax at 7.25%.
- When you are charged
- Once, when your card is authorised at checkout, or when you approve the payment in PayPal. AMATI does not bill subscriptions today; if that changes, the terms will be shown before you agree to them.
- Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days), complimentary. Priority Courier (1–2 business days), $25. Full terms on Delivery & Returns.
- Returns and refunds
- All sales are final once an order is placed, except where required by law, as set out on Delivery & Returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders are reviewed by Customer Care. A refund, when issued, goes to the original payment method and is recorded against the original order — the original charge is never rewritten.
- Ingredients
- Composition for each formula is listed on its product page — Beauty Serum, Nano Silver, and Greens— so a buyer can read what is in the product before paying.

- Ambassador commissions
- Commission rates are published to ambassadors. AMATI does not promise, project or imply income, and commissions never change the price a member pays.
