Do I need a consultation before ordering?: Certain compounded formulas are available only following consultation and where clinically appropriate. That consult pathway is forthcoming. Supplements and skincare may be ordered without one.
How quickly will my order arrive?: Considered Delivery includes Standard Delivery (3–5 business days, complimentary) and Priority Courier (1–2 business days). Estimates begin after an order has been processed.
Can I subscribe?: A standing delivery is forthcoming. For now, each order is placed as a single purchase from the shop.
How is my referral credited?: The first ambassador link you arrive through is remembered on this device, so the introduction can be credited when you create an account.
How do returns work?: All sales are final once an order is placed, except where required by applicable law. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, write to contact@amatilife.com or the concierge with your order number and photographs when you can.
